Get Strong, Like Armstrong - With Circuit Interval Training

Wonder how Lance Armstrong does it? He uses interval training to build his endurance - the same principle our circuit at No Sweat Fitness Express offers, while, combining the best of cardio & strength training into a 30 minute workout.

Our circuit uses hydraulic resistance to strengthen and tone your muscles and to increase your heart rate into its target aerobic range. There are no weights to change. It uses fluid resistance to condition the body while building muscle and burning fat.

It is the safest type of exercise for your body.

Each machine works 2 opposing muscle groups at the same time, allowing you to exercise every muscle group in your body in just 30 minutes. It would take 1.5 hours to get the same workout at a conventional gym!

The machines are adjustable, so the frailest, most de-conditioned, to the strongest, can benefit from the program.

So where do the aerobics come in? Aerobic exercise occurs when you exercise large muscle groups at a target heart rate for a sustained period of time. It strengthens the heart & lungs.

The CDC recommends 20-30 minutes of aerobic exercise 3-4 times a week. By getting your heart rate up with the resistance machines and maintaining it on the recovery boards, you get a complete aerobic workout.

The interval training occurs when you push yourself into your aerobic range on the machine for a brief period of time - 30 seconds. That’s all it takes for your muscle to use up its best energy store. You then switch to a recovery board where you maintain your heart rate & let your muscle restore its energy supply. After 30 seconds on the recovery board, you move to a different machine.

It’s easy. Anyone can do it. It’s a great way to introduce yourself to exercise.

Our certified trainers instruct you on the process & are always available to guide you through the circuit.
